- We accept orders by telephone , fax, post, email or via our secure order form .
- Please provide a telephone number and full address when ordering (no P.O Box numbers please.)
- Prices shown in the catalogue and on the website do not include delivery or VAT.
- Delivery charges start at £7.50 and are calculated by dimensions, weight and number of parcels, according to destination.
- In addition, a small order handling charge of £5.00 applies to orders below £50.00 net value.
- Payment can be made by Credit Card (Switch, Visa or Mastercard), or by cheque in Sterling drawn on a British Bank. A Proforma Invoice can be provided if required. This proforma is valid for 90 days only.
- For any non-stock manufactured product a pro forma invoice will be issued. Once payment is received the order will be processed for manufacture.
Conservation By Design Limited – Returns Policy as after 13th February 2006
- Return of any product will not be accepted unless prior approval had been obtained from CXD , and then only in exceptional circumstances.
- All accepted returns will be subject to an appropriate handling charge for re-stocking of 20% or a minimum £20.00 of the invoice value.
- Goods made to order as a bespoke product for customers are not returnable.
- Goods must be in perfect condition otherwise CXD reserves the right not to accept returned product.
- The above handling charge does not apply if for any reason the need for return has been caused by our error.
