HDS Keeper, Ultrasonic Polyester Welding Machine

Ultra Sonic welding has proved the most versatile form of sealing pure grade polyester. The HDS Keeper is able to create a strong, clear, yet fine weld for straight lines, curves and spot welds. This method does not create build up at the edges of the encapsulation or create a wavy surface. Good design has kept the costs of the Keeper down but the technology needed to produce machines of this type is complex and this is reflected in their prices.

Machine allows cross welds of 930 mm to be done at any point in the length
of the encapsulation and can weld continuous edge welds of any length, and along
this length up to approximately 230 mm in from the edge of the encapsulation. The keeper is specified to weld polyester up to175
microns. The standard line of weld is 36 1 Ú2 inches/930 mm.

Simple electronic controls and self adjusting ultra sonic head make for easy setting and operation. Special sizes of machine can
