HDS Keeper, Ultrasonic Polyester Welding Machine

 

The HDS Keeper has been specifically designed to be efficient yet simple to operate. It can handle small or large documents and weld a range of thicknesses of film with virtually no adjustment. All controls are central to the operator and welding commences with the simple operation of a single push button. All machines are supplied with a work table incorporating a screen printed location grid and a magnetic rubber sheet to expel the air from the work whilst holding it firm during the weld cycle.

All machines feature as standard automatic head positioning to simplify and speed up the production of repetitive work, and also as standard the facility to produce a spot weld at any point.
